1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the JiangXing Bent Wood website and any quotation, sample or order placed with us.
2. Quotations and enquiries
All products shown on this website are custom manufactured components offered on a business-to-business basis. Prices are not published online. Quotations are prepared individually and are valid for the period stated on the quotation. A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until an order is confirmed in writing and any required deposit is received.
3. Specifications and drawings
Buyers are responsible for the accuracy of specifications, drawings, tolerances and material selections they supply. Production dimensions follow the agreed drawing unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
4. Samples
Where samples are provided, the buyer is responsible for confirming that the sample meets their requirement before mass production begins.
5. Lead times
Lead times are estimates given in good faith and begin from the later of order confirmation, deposit receipt and approved drawings. Delays outside our reasonable control (force majeure, material shortage, shipping disruption, customs) do not constitute a breach of contract.
6. Intellectual property
Buyer-supplied designs, tooling and drawings remain the property of the buyer and are used solely to fulfil the buyer’s order. We do not disclose buyer designs to third parties.
7. Warranty
Our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship, and against warping or cracking arising during normal transportation and use, in accordance with the terms confirmed with your order. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper storage, excessive moisture exposure or unauthorised modification.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability in respect of any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Website content
Product images, dimensions and descriptions are indicative. Minor variation in natural wood colour, grain and figure is inherent to the material and is not a defect.
10. Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Where a signed sales contract exists, the terms of that contract prevail over these website terms.
